SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer optional shipping insurance to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss during transit. For a small fee, you’ll have added protection and peace of mind, knowing your purchase is covered from unforeseen issues. In the rare event of a problem, our dedicated support team will assist you promptly to resolve the matter, ensuring a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.
PROCESSING TIME
All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times. We always will do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as possible.
RETURNS
We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. No refunds on electrical, special order, custom made, installed parts, manuals, videos, or used tools unless truly defective. Please contact us before shipping anything back to us. Return shipping and tracking info will not be covered by LMF and it is the customers responsibility to get the product back to LMF. Once we have received the product back we will inspect it. If everything is good we will process the refund less the 5% restocking fee. If you received different parts than you ordered please call us immediately so we can get you the right parts and a return label.

RESTOCKING FEES
There is a 5% restocking fee applied on ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you of next steps. Returns that require cleaning or repackaging due to customer handling may, on a case-by-case basis, be charged a restock fee of up to 20%. (example: greasy fingerprints on package and/or part that will need to be cleaned off before returning to stock)
WARRANTY
All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product, not LMF Automotive. However, if you are struggling with the warranty process feel free to contact us for assistance.
